The only individual of the appropriate age found in Scotland's People death certificates is this Donald McDonald married to Janet Cormack........but mother is given as Jane Gunn.
There is no Barbara among his possible siblings, just a Jean, and only one of the known children with family appear to have a Barbara among their children, the rest have a Jane. Query Barbara Gunn illegitimate offspring.
